For over a year, the world has been in an unprecedented state: it is completely offline. Due to a virus, the internet no longer exists. No more emails, WhatsApp, 5G, or social networks. Everyone seems, reluctantly, to have resigned themselves to this new ‘analog’ way of living daily life, including Natan, who, having lost his job as an influencer, has had to reinvent himself as a promoter of household goods in supermarkets. Things are not going any better for his brother Arturo and his friends, the former dealer Oreste and the journalist Guglielmo.

When Arturo lets slip that there is a very weak signal in the bathrooms of the municipal offices, Natan decides to take action: he will bring the internet back to the world.

Three young hackers, Zoe, Greta, and Malcom, working for the ruthless Muller, a criminal at the head of the Noweb group that leads the fight against the internet and its reappearance on Earth, stand in the way of this “mission impossible”.
